I was born and raised here in Findlay, Ohio. In the last 40 years I have held positions in all aspects of the automotive industry. This would include titles such as sales manager, parts and even service. Most people know that I enjoy local history and I'm very active in the community when it comes to related programs and that such. I spent over 20 years as a board member with our local historical museum. I am also the administrator of "Love Findlay History" on facebook which literally has thousands of followers. Service dept was always very good particularly when Lariche was the dealership. I cannot say the same for the Finance Dept. When finishing up the purchase of the 2023 Highlander the Finance Mgr place Lariche was the dealership. I cannot say the same for the Finance Dept. When finishing up the purchase of the 2023 Highlander the Finance Mgr placed over $4,000 of extended warranties on this vehicle, past experience with TOY0TAS did not justify this much additional warranty extension but since we had already spent over six hours at the dealership the wife and I just wanfed to leave and finish up this warranty business in the future. The only documentation that we received was for the exterior and interior protection package which cost about $259. So what other systems were covered? I have no idea but would like some documentation on what is covered. Thank you for letting me share my concerns. More
