I must have inherited my dad’s fascination with speed, his mechanical curiosity and sales ease; his fussy tinkering with engines led to a machine parts sales career and part time early Bugatti race car mechanic. His knowledge and inspiration pushed me off bike training wheels onto go-kart slicks . Together we shared a keen interest in finishing and winning. My business studies at Northeastern and love of all things automotive helped land my first job selling luxury sports cars in 1981. Today, I’m lucky enough to share racing thrills and performance boating with my three kids and fortunate enough to work with customers passionate about automotive quality in a professional and appreciative retail environment selling exceptional automobiles. First of all, I have all my work accomplished at Mercedes - Benz in Somerville even my inspection sticker. I own a 2014 C300 purchased new from this location. The service work from their trained staff is a - Benz in Somerville even my inspection sticker. I own a 2014 C300 purchased new from this location. The service work from their trained staff is amazing. Things are performed correct the first time without question. Michael Robinson is my main service advisor who sits with me and explains every detail of work happening on my C300. I'm contacted by instant messaging and or cell call. The reason for this visit was for an inspection sticker, while there they reviewed my car to identify anything else that may have been of concern. I received a text message identifying a warrantee issue causing my C300 to be there for an additional day. They saved me $1200.00 and provided me with the assurance that their concern is with my safety! Oh, did I say that I was there only for inspection sticker! My bill was $35 and change. More

I purchased my 2014 C300 new from Mercedes-Benz of Boston. Although I live in Metro West, my Mercedes has "always" been serviced at the Somerville location. Why you may ask, it's because of people l Boston. Although I live in Metro West, my Mercedes has "always" been serviced at the Somerville location. Why you may ask, it's because of people like Michael Robinson and Patrick Titshaw the Service Representatives. They are prompt when I arrive, if needed, provide a loaner vehicle, they go over all aspects of my C300 that need service in detail. They always contact me either by cell, text message, or email if anything else is found for service. I will also say that the service technicians are thorough in their service of my C300. Never do I need to question their completeness because it's checked by Michael and Patrick. No other dealer location or mechanic do I allow to service my C300 because it's serviced completely the first time. More
