Rob was knowledgeable about the brand and very kind- made the experience shopping around easy and straightforward. Even if I bring my car in the night before, it is still not ready until 5 PM. When I asked it was washed the answer was "I think so". When I arrived at 10 am next morning, it was said to be ready. Howev not ready until 5 PM. When I asked it was washed the answer was "I think so". When I arrived at 10 am next morning, it was said to be ready. However, it still wasn't washed. So I had to wait while they "washed" it. So they must have just squirted the front with a hose. Back end of car was dirty and windows were dirty. I was not feeling very will treated. We have purchased several cars here over the years and send friends to buy vehicles here. Salesman Rob is great. More
