I have been in the business for 8 years, all with Heritage Toyota. Every year I have had the privilege of being recognized by Toyotas National Sales Society for Superior Sales performance. I firmly believe the customer should have a seamless, transparent shopping experience with no pressure. My customers always have full control of the process from start to finish. Away from the dealership I'm a father of 3 girls and a Certified Foster Parent. We have been very fortunate to adopt 2 of our 3 girls through the program. My passions consist of cheering my older girls on from the sidelines of soccer fields or the gymnastics arena. When the time permits (and with my wife's permission), you can find me on the golf course or on the mountain as well.

Frankie Candido was fantastic! The lease was expiring on my RAV4 and I wanted to move to a Highlander, but I had to have a heated steering wheel. The only Highlanders that come wit The lease was expiring on my RAV4 and I wanted to move to a Highlander, but I had to have a heated steering wheel. The only Highlanders that come with that feature are the Limited and Platinum which I couldn't afford. I spent weeks going back and forth trying to decide if I would just settle for the small interior of the RAV4 and buy out my lease. The heated steering wheel was the deal breaker! The day before my lease was expiring I came in to see Frankie to sign the papers to buy out my lease. He said they had just received a pre-owned Highlander with a heated steering wheel and would I like to see it before getting the papers together for the RAV4? I was blown away! Same age as my RAV4 with 3k less miles with a heated steering wheel (and fully loaded)!! And with some creative numbers crunching Frankie was able to get the monthly payments where I needed them to be to fit my budget. I am now the proud owner of a fully loaded Highlander Platinum with an extended warranty because not only was Frankie very patient with my waffling back and forth, but he also had his eyes open to what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Frankie at Heritage to anyone looking to buy or lease. More

Dealing with Seth was one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership. He is personable and there to help. He even personally drove his car to pick me up when I sold my other car at another dealers had with a dealership. He is personable and there to help. I just recently purchased a 2023 Tacoma from Joe, and had nothing but a good experience with him and Heritage. Frankie Candido was flexible to handing my situation as an of state buyer. He went out of his way to help me with the sale.
