Poor customer service. Felt it was burden for me to buy
a vehicle from them. The salesman was not responsive, and ordered the incorrect trim package. The sales manager mentioned several times he could sell

Although I love my new Kia there were issues with it that were not addressed. I feel that the Kia was not inspected upon buying it at auction.
There was no heat and I had to make three trips to Fort Wayne for, the large rust area on the door was repaired before pick up but the tires had excess mileage and was not replaced so upon air loss which I did complain to the salesman about had to be replaced. The first Monday after my purchase I left work with a flat tire and that is where they determined that the tires had to many miles to repair.
I have called several times to inquire about reimbursement for the tires but have yet to get a call back.
