Exemplary in many professional aspects: Rob’s subject matter expertise of the 718 Boxter, his thoughtful over-the-phone customization of the car suiting my needs, and, perhaps most importantly the “end-to-end” white glove treatment of final walk-through was textbook ‘best of class”.
