Everyone, including Rob Love, was kind and easy to work with. However, our vehicle was not cleaned prior to us picking it up. We purchased on a Thursday evening and picked up two days later, a Saturday morning. Friday we were sent a video stating the vehicle was “all shined up and ready”, so I figured we were safe to assume it was thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case and they were too busy at time of pick up for us to ask about it. As a mom who works full time, but with a scattered schedule, it would have meant a lot for us to have brought home a clean vehicle for our family. More
