First I took my vehicle in for service and a recall, Rob was my contact for the service department, he was outstanding, he kept me updated and was always knowledgeable and upfront. When I went to pick my ca was my contact for the service department, he was outstanding, he kept me updated and was always knowledgeable and upfront. When I went to pick my car up I saw a couple of cars I was interested in and Rob took me out and showed them to me. I decided to trade my VW Touareg in and that’s when I started working with Shawn. Shawn was very nice, knowledgeable and not pushing, car salesman make me nervous! I ended up buying a used Subaru Forester Sport, thanks to Shawn’s calm and courteous demeanor, he was true professional through the whole process. He even took the time to go over the overall components and accessories which help a lot. I would rate Rob and Shawn very high for their customer service and knowledge.
