My experience with Rob Harley, the general sales manager at Younger Nissan, was extremely disappointing. After noticing a price discrepancy on my sales paperwork, I brought it to Rob’s attention. Rather tha at Younger Nissan, was extremely disappointing. After noticing a price discrepancy on my sales paperwork, I brought it to Rob’s attention. Rather than addressing the issue, he openly justified the practice, claiming it was a tactic they use to make their deals “seem more appealing.” When I expressed my concerns, Rob became dismissive and condescending. He further defended the discrepancy with comments like, “This is what we do; you signed this,” showing no willingness to resolve the issue and instead mocking the situation. Rob’s unprofessional and passive-aggressive behavior left me feeling disrespected and misled. I cannot recommend doing business with Younger Nissan under his management, as it reflects a lack of transparency and integrity. More

This is the third car I have purchased from Younger Nissan. Salesperson Sherrod was very personable and knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing. Paige in the finance office was a wiz. She was not pushy about trying to upsell me things. She offered all of the options but when I declined she didn’t push. We went in to purchase a new car for my daughter and we ended up buying 2 cars that evening. My daughter got a 2025 Nissan Altima and I walked out with a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek Edition. My son ended up buying 2 cars that evening. My daughter got a 2025 Nissan Altima and I walked out with a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek Edition. My son purchased a 2024 Titan same week. We have purchased 11 vehicles from younger Nissan since 2017. They treat us like family when we walk in there. Finance team, sales team, managers and service team are all outstanding people. More
