I have had good experiences overall when taking my car in for service without difficulty. From a sales standpoint, this is the 3rd Subaru I have purchased here. Hadn't heard of My Auto Import Center until we came across a vehicle there that we were interested in. Needed a new vehicle after my 2002 Ford Taurus finally stopped running. After unpleasant experiences at a dealership outside of the state and a few locally, I landed on MyAutoImport. Rob ensured he took his time explaining things and was very open to my decisions to finance the vehicle through a 3rd-party. I saw a vehicle I liked and Rob was willing to work with me, texting me the moment the car arrived on the lot so I could test drive it. I love my 2024 Toyota Camry SE and I greatly appreciate the kindness shown to me by Rob during this process. After a few low-pressure engagements with Rob I knew I was making the correct decision and did not feel any undue pressure nor rush to make a decision of some type while dealing with him. More

Rob was helpful and efficient! He was able to get me a fair amount for my trade, and made the purchasing process easy, and didn't attempt to talk me into something more expensive. He was able to get me a fair amount for my trade, and made the purchasing process easy, and didn't attempt to talk me into something more expensive. He even was able to get an accessory ordered quickly to be installed within a week of my purchase. Charlie made all the paperwork simple. Definitely the best dealership I have worked with in West Mich. I will be returning for future vehicle purchase and service needs! More
