I loved , it was Up priced a lot , Brandy got upset at the back and forth and someone else took over the deal after coming to an agreeable number I was told the smell in the car would be taken care of , that was my only issue with the car . The car still smells really bad after waiting over 30 minutes for them to put a machine in it for odor. I just pray that it wasn’t flooded, because thats what it smells like plus Upon reaching home I realized the car had no place mats . Finance called me today and told me I needed to do a new draft. He made a mistake on the one we did . Just a unprofessional stressful experience all around Ismael was great and the guy that sealed the deal not sure of his name was good. More

I recently purchased a vehicle and had a positive experience with the dedicated team at the dealership. David Maldonado’s kindness and rapport set a welcoming tone. Jorge Scott, the finance manager, experience with the dedicated team at the dealership. David Maldonado’s kindness and rapport set a welcoming tone. Jorge Scott, the finance manager, clarified the numbers, and Rob Gannon, one of the car directors, ensured everything matched our understanding, which was reassuring. When David and Rob were unavailable at pick-up, Thomas and Gerald helped complete the trade-in, even identifying a dent and fueling the car while explaining its features. Later, Kaelin Martin has been coordinating touch-ups to make the car look even more brand new. Overall, I’m grateful for a supportive team that truly cares about customer satisfaction. More

They sold us a 2021 Jeep Gladiator with frame damage and refused to make it right without incurring a $4520 loss or be exposed to additional fees by trading. We agreed to absorb the sales tax and registration fees but they insisted on profiting on every transaction making a bad situation worse. They advertise a competitive price but quickly tack on fees; a mandatory used car prep fee, a dealer prep fee, and inflated electronic registration fees. We specifically asked if the car was in any accidents or ever flooded. The salesman insisted if it was not on the CarFax it had no damage. We purchased the vehicle on 7/5 and something just did not feel right and when engaging the 4WD on Daytona Beach we heard a popping and clicking sound coming from the front end. This occurred on 7/19. We immediately made an appointment with a Jeep dealer in Orlando to have it looked at on 7/20 for what should have been covered under the remainder of the manufacturer’s drivetrain warranty. Within minutes of having the car on the rack we received a call from the service advisor asking how long ago we purchased the vehicle as there was obvious damage to the frame and they could not address the drivetrain concern under warranty as a result and that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. They sent us pictures of their findings showing welds to the frame with rust present indicating that the damage occurred prior to our purchase in addition to a stressed u-joint and damaged front drive shaft. We picked the car up from the Jeep dealer in Orlando driving directly to Nissan of Clearwater. The sales manager insisted there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and reluctantly agreed to have their service department inspect it again claiming that the welds were a result of the factory not painting them due to impediment caused by suspension components. They claimed members of their team had experience with Jeeps and confirmed the same. We asked for a Jeep Wrangler to be brought in from outside to compare the frames and were told it would be comparing apples to oranges. From our research the front end including suspension components are the same between a Wrangler and a Gladiator. Another flag! The service lane manager at Nissan of Clearwater continued to stand by their assessment the vehicle did not have damage and was safe to drive and we should get another opinion. An independent shop confirmed the damage as well. To this date we have yet to receive the requested call from Bruno Pignano the GM who replies with an ever changing story addressing my wife by the wrong name, a clear indication of his ignoring the brevity of the case. Bruno insisted that the damage was caused after purchase. Hard to believe damage could be caused, parts ordered and repairs completed in less than 15 days. Corporate eventually made it right, but Bruno tried to profit until the very end saying $150 was due for loan reversal and the car needed to be inspected to deduct any “damages” from the reversal of the transaction. No consideration was given by Bruno Pignano for the fact that we incurred multiple trips from Orlando to Clearwater to resolve the issue. He claims to know customer service. He must of learned his customer service at take advantage of the customer at all cost university. Bruno choses profit over humility while claiming to put God first. Guess he missed Proverbs 11:2: "When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom" in his quest to be a motivational speaker. In summary avoid Bruno Pignano and his shady, lack of customer service operations like the plague he is. More
