Ben Davis does not seem to care about their customers. I dropped my car off on Monday night and I hadn’t heard back from them by Tuesday at 4pm. So I had to call them to figure out what was going on with my car. When I would call, I would constantly be put on hold where someone would answer asking who I was holding for. This would happen quite a few times, a constant loop of being put on hold and then being asked who I was holding for. A few different times, I was patched through to random people such as the finance department. When I finally got a hold of them, they told me they would call the next morning. They never did. I again had to call them the next day. This happened for a few days. Finally, they told me my car would be ready Friday and I still haven’t heard from them all day Friday. When I finally got off hold, they told me they would call within an hour, but never did. Eventually they ended up calling, but my bill was crazy high. There was never any transparency about prices. I will never buy a car here again if I’m being honest. I do not trust their word at all, and the employees need to get their act together. I will also recommend people to not buy or get their car serviced from here. More

We went in looking at a juke, met Kyle and the next 4 Saturdays we were frequent visitors. While I was picky he continued to work on finding us the vehicle that worked right for us. We came home with a Blazer that fits our needs perfectly. Even with me constantly asking questions and being impatient Kyle was so nice and so upbeat. It was truly a pleasure meeting him and working with him. We won't look anywhere else if we ever need another vehicle.
