The search is over I began my search for a Ram 1500 without looking in Huntsville even though it was close to home. I searched and spoke with multiple dealerships in southern Tennessee and North Alabama without any luck. I decided to check Landers McLarty Dodge's website to see what they had and found a 2018 Ram 1500 that matched what I wanted. I called and was connected to Julie Gallow. I met Julie that afternoon to view the truck and never felt pressured and she answered all the questions that I had. The rest of the staff was very friendly and I felt welcomed. Once I decided that I wanted the Ram, Julie went above and beyond to work with me and keep me updated on the progress. She is by far one of the best sales people I have dealt with and made my buying experience a pleasant one. She went to great lengths to ensure that I was taken care of and my needs were met. I would highly recommend her and the staff at Landers McLarty Dodge in Huntsville. More

DONT WALK, RUN AWAY!!! Found a truck on their website, got multiple emails, texts and calls saying it was available, was contacted by Brian and was in communications for two Found a truck on their website, got multiple emails, texts and calls saying it was available, was contacted by Brian and was in communications for two days prior to agreement on prices, Brian and other Landers employees reassured me the the truck was not sold and they were eager to sell it to me. After being told to fill out a credit application online we were preaproved and I was ready to make the four hour drive...Then I get a random text from Brian saying “we are selling that truck”....The truck was sold two days before we came to an agreement, so they ran my credit on a vehicle they didn’t have to sell, the manager was rude and told me “You should have done your homework,”.....Current dispute is filed with the credit bureau..I literally just got a call from there online sales department yesterday trying to sell me the same truck again...They are only concerned about sales and have zero consideration for customer satisfaction, incompetence on every level. More

Aweful. I went in with no Hope's of purchasing a car as I had a car almost paid for ..... after speaking with the sales person and finance manager and drove t I went in with no Hope's of purchasing a car as I had a car almost paid for ..... after speaking with the sales person and finance manager and drove the 2014 mini cooper I was very excited to purchase the car we did all the paper work 2x somehow the first time wasent good enough I'm not sure but after all that I was told by both sales person and finance manager I was good to go and I purchased my car got my payments and everything 388 a month and so on so I sold my car.... 3 week later ( now ) after selling the vehicle I currently almost had paid for they call and tell me I have to return the mini because financing fell thru and I paid them a 500 down payment 3 almost 4 weeks prior to this for the finance company .... I have yet to get a single sorry from these people all the finance manager had to say when i expaliend to him I will not have a car because I already sold mine his reply was ( well thats unfortunate) no one has tried to make anything else work or help me in any way all they have done is blew my phone up about when I have to bring the car back or they will send a tow truck to pick it up.... they refunded my down payment and what I paid for insurance but now I'm without a vehicle because of the empty promises from your staff... thank you or guaranteed me that I had a vehicle and I actually did not and in the end the only thing you try to do to fix it was refund me my $500 deposit and the $250 I spend on insurance but none of you guys are without a vehicle thank you so much... More
