Rob Dunn went above and beyond to help us purchase the vehicle that we wanted at a price that fit our budget. He made sure we walked away happy and graciously made sure to meet all of our requests. As a customer, I cannot express enough how stressful it is to make such a large purchase but they made it easy and stress-free. My husband and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go and see these two fantastic individuals. You will not be disappointed. More

Very accommodating! We worked with Julie to get the 2011 Honda Pilot we wanted! She and her manager worked well with us to keep us within our budget. They stayed to work We worked with Julie to get the 2011 Honda Pilot we wanted! She and her manager worked well with us to keep us within our budget. They stayed to work with us even though we arrived 15minutes before closing bc of my husband's work schedule. It's barely been a week and Julie has called several times to check in and ask how we like the pilot (WE LOVE IT!) Don explained our financing options, gap and warranty (in lengthy detail bc I ask a lot of questions). We will do business there again in the future! More

AnExperience Even though we had to wait a while before we actually got to meet and greet, my sales consultant was great with getting me all the information I asked Even though we had to wait a while before we actually got to meet and greet, my sales consultant was great with getting me all the information I asked for before I came by. I didn't want to fill like I was wasting time looking for what I wanted to purchase, especially in the heat this summer has brought us thus far. That all being said we test drove and I was given some good quotes that I am able to study and looking forward to my off day and make this deal happen! More

Best Car Buying Experience Yet I contacted Danet at Landers McClarty DCJ without a great deal of hope as I had been to 2 other dealerships recently and they had tried to sell me wha I contacted Danet at Landers McClarty DCJ without a great deal of hope as I had been to 2 other dealerships recently and they had tried to sell me what they wanted and did not really listen to or consider what I was saying to them about my wants and needs. I had spoken with Danet previously after I worked with one of their sales reps who left the company. I went through the motions, providing all my information, consenting to a credit check etc... I was expecting to be disappointed again, I had sent Danet a screenshot of the car I had my eye on thinking that surely I won't get this but why not try, we communicated via text and email and I was asked to come in. I walked into that office and a paper was put down in front of me with some terms on it, I was like "wait what car is this for" and lo and behold it was the one I wanted!!!! I was in shock and could not fathom that someone had actually listened to me and was offering me EXACTLY what I wanted payment terms and all! Rob and Danet did all they could to make sure I was well taken care of and I cannot say enough great things about them, I even got the car for LESS than I intended to pay! I could not be happier or more pleased with these two and they have a customer for life!!!!! To add to Danet and Rob the finance agent Don that handled my paperwork had me out of there in no time, when I expected to wait forever like you anticipate when buying a car! Thank you all again for an amazing experience!!!!!!! More

Exceptional effort from a car salesman Brandon Allen--who is only 24 years old--did an exceptional job for us in helping us buy a 2010 Mercedes C300 yesterday. Brandon actually went to the companion dealerships across the street to get this car for us, and was helpful and entertaining throughout the rather lengthy buying process. His sales manager was also very helpful and accommodating--can't recall his name, tho--maybe Ray? This is a no-pressure dealership--they HELP you rather than trying to force you to buy. We did wind up waiting over an hour after the deal was done to see the finance manager, but I guess that's a sign of a successful dealership. Only real negative was we found out last minute that there was only one key for the Benz, and buying one will cost over $275. Minor on a deal of $19K but still I wish we had known that up front.
