I didn’t think to let Grant know we were coming as I thought we were just going to look. When we got there, we couldn’t find the truck so we went inside and asked for Grant. He didn’t mind that we were there without notice and quickly found the truck and brought it around front for us. The truck was beautiful and Grant explained all the features of the truck to us. Grant went over all numbers with us and my husband was ready to buy. Grant got everything together for us and we bought the truck right then and there. I like to buy local and we have purchased 7 vehicles from the local Ford dealership here in our town. We did go by there first but, they didn’t have the color truck I wanted and they didn’t offer to see if they could find one (that’s what they’ve done for us in the past). Anyway, we found Metter Ford and everything worked out. Thanks Grant for everything. Everyone we met at Metter Ford was very nice. My apologies to the detail guys because I didn’t realize we were going to buy that day and the truck I traded in was filthy. More

I bought a low miles used f150 from Metter Ford (my fifth truck from that family of dealerships), within a couple weeks the truck developed a vibration in the front end. It stayed at the dealership for 5 day truck from that family of dealerships), within a couple weeks the truck developed a vibration in the front end. It stayed at the dealership for 5 days only to be told there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I get it back, drive it another month or so, with the noise getting progressively worse, finally take it back to them because at that point there’s no denying a problem. A mechanic rides down the road with me, then gets under the truck to confirm the CV axles are worn out. He says he will get the parts ordered and someone would be calling me that afternoon to schedule the repair. So far I haven’t heard anything from the dealership about repairs. More

No hassle for a good deal--this is the second F150 that I have purchased from Metter Ford with Sam Lanier (the best IMO). Also, when I decided on my color and model, Sam got it for me within 24 hours--super have purchased from Metter Ford with Sam Lanier (the best IMO).
