Almost 2-1/2 hours to get an oil change and tires rotated. I could see that if I was a “walk-in” customer but i wasn’t - I had a 9:30 am appointment. Angelo told the customer service reps that I ha rotated. I could see that if I was a “walk-in” customer but i wasn’t - I had a 9:30 am appointment. Angelo told the customer service reps that I had left and would pick up the vehicle later when in fact I had told him I would be waiting for the vehicle in your lounge. The work was completed just a short time before I checked on the status of my vehicle at 11:50 am. I didn’t expect a 10 minute oil change, but the work took way longer than it should have in my opinion. Customer lounge was nice. More

Took my truck for scheduled maintenance visit, oil, fuel, and air filter change. Took them 4 1/2hrs, will never go back, thank you Rob!,, I had to call them, that’s when I noticed my truck was moved to insi and air filter change.
