Had an amazing service experience thanks to Alfonso Roberto.. seamless drop off, a courtesy loaner, and the car was cleaned and returned in perfect working order... I also inadvertently left my briefca Roberto.. seamless drop off, a courtesy loaner, and the car was cleaned and returned in perfect working order... I also inadvertently left my briefcase in the backseat of the loaner and they went above and beyond to deliver it back to my home...highly recommend them! More

Bad service Lack of comunication with People from the service department, including Manager. My vehicle, after 6 days of purchased, had to stay 2 weeks in sevice Lack of comunication with People from the service department, including Manager. My vehicle, after 6 days of purchased, had to stay 2 weeks in sevice without any explanation or answers. I had to go to the dealer to speak with the manager and his answer was the the car could stay up to 3 months and they couldnt do anything about it. The sales person Rita Parker, only answered my phone calls until I bought my car, but eventhough she said she could help me anytime she didnt answer my call again.
