We called in because Nick Rowe had sent us an offer of interest to buy our Honda CRV, with NO STRINGS ATTACHED. We asked to speak to him and instead was transferred to Rishi. Despite what was stated in the mailer, Rishi was super aggressive with us over the phone. First asking what were we interested in buying or leasing. We were replying to a VERY specific offer to buy the Honda CRV. NOT to upgrade as we are now working remote and do not need a second vehicle. Then afterwards calls back and asks for the VIN, which makes sense BUT then asks for the model. Does this man write anything down or understand that we were only responding to the offer that was mailed to us? We will NEVER deal with Rishi for any vehicle purchase or lease. More
