TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I traded in my car in January, the sales rep promised to reach out to my bank to pay off my previous loan and add it to the new loan. I followed up w I traded in my car in January, the sales rep promised to reach out to my bank to pay off my previous loan and add it to the new loan. I followed up within a week because my bank had contacted me that they hadn’t received the full payment of my car loan from the dealership. They were asking me to pay the difference which I refused because it has already rolled onto my new car loan. The sales rep wouldn’t take responsibility for not going through the proper process for a loan payoff, like contacting the bank and requesting the loan information from them directly, instead, he was blaming my bank for changing the total and adding interest daily and justifying that the dealership can’t send a new check every day that the interest goes up. He also told me this had never happened before. I offered to personally deliver a check to the bank and they declined because the person who cuts & signs checks works off-site. I’ve had to reach out more times than I can count every week during my breaks and lunches and it goes to voicemail. I've spoken to 5 different people over the phone and in person getting nowhere each time. For a situation that could’ve been easily avoided. If you’re looking for a great dealership, Nissan is not the way to go. More

What started off a little rough ended up being a good day. I was interested in seeing a used car they had on their website, but it never even made it to the lot in Temecula. I felt that was not good busi day. I was interested in seeing a used car they had on their website, but it never even made it to the lot in Temecula. I felt that was not good business practice. Finally, another sales rep reached out and sold me a similar car that was also a great deal. I got everything i asked for and great service. I was by myself, so Daniel would always check on me and sit with me while I waited for the finance department. I love my car and was happy to buy something in this city that I live in. More

I wasn’t too happy with the service I had. They put the incorrect mileage on the sticker on my car. It was also incorrect on the form the individual helping me as well. Thank goodness I notice They put the incorrect mileage on the sticker on my car. It was also incorrect on the form the individual helping me as well. Thank goodness I noticed it or I would’ve drove away. But I notified the advisor and she fixed the sticker. Then I told her about how it was incorrect on the form and she fixed it on the computer I guess and then didn’t give me an updated one with the CORRECT mileage. So I put it in pen myself. It would’ve been nice if they noticed their mistake and fix it right then and there. Also, I looked through the forms and I didn’t receive a form where they inspected my vehicle. So, this experience was not as great as my other service with the other advisor. More

I came in today at 12 ish and when I returned at 5 they had raised the price two thousand dollars. Told me they would honor the old price as if that was a favor and then that the markups for 3888 were a de had raised the price two thousand dollars.
