Hello Future Guests, my name is Riki Rosales and I work in Sales for Echo Park car dealership. The last ten years I worked in the medical field, but I was ready for a change. I am sure my two teenage sons were thinking ‘what is mom thinking?’ when I decided to venture into the car world. I started with Echo Park 2 years ago. Originally I was hired to work in Post Sales dept. I quickly saw who Echo Park was and what they were about and I fell in love! My co-workers are beyond amazing, and I discovered I had a natural skill working with our guests. After a few months I was asked to go into sales, I agreed but was very nervous. I had never sold anything in my life! But after working closely with the sales team I realized it truly is about making the guest experience as enjoyable as possible. I knew I would do well! I love working with people and seeing the smile on their faces as they drive away, reminds me why I do this job!

Adad was great to work with. He never made me feel pressured in to my purchase. He made it very comfortable by walking us through every step so we were never left just wondering He never made me feel pressured in to my purchase. Arnold was one of the best employees we had dealt with today. I decided to get my son a car and he was extremely helpful, when I asked a question he gave us a very thorough answer he knew exactly what he today. He under stood my son and what exactly he wanted. My sons anxiety was on top of the roof and he was able to keep him calm to talk to him. I give this place a 5 star rating. Im from New jersey we came here to get my brother a car. Arnold was extremely helpful very thorough with the information that was given. if we asked a question he gave us a straight forward answer. And was extremely patient plus made us feel extremely welcomed. john another employee were extremely nice he would come over asks us if we needed anything like a water or anything l. plus would keep checking in on our car along with Arnold. i can say the environment of this place is extremely clean, nice employees, just overall a good car dealership. i will be back here to get a truck for myself in a few months.
