He shot straight on every one of them, no deflection, no exaggeration. None of the exhausting sales theater you can experience shopping for cars. He also navigated a lot of deliberation and back-and-forth from us without ever making it feel like a burden. Buying a car involves a lot of moving pieces, and Ricky kept the whole thing feeling easy for. We had such a good experience that we crossed the bridge to buy from him rather than going with closer dealerships. I decided it was time to upgrade my 2011 Jetta to an Audi and met Ricky at Audi Marin.
