I was informed he had located the vehicle which I'd been searching On a sunny pleasant morning I spoke with Rick a sales specialist for Napoli Nissan. I was informed he had located the vehicle which I'd been searching for weeks. Although I was at least two hours getting there, the front desk receptionist was expecting me and knew my name. Rick could not have been more professional or pleasant to talk. The personal attention to details seemed natural for him as he multi tasked. He managed to do this without making me feel like I was waiting. I had my dog with me who was also welcomed and made to feel at home by the entire staff. My drive home was more than an hour, so it gave me the opportunity to enjoy my new car. Thank you all so very much! Special thanks to Miguel Who located a phone charger for me.
