The initial search for my car was done via phone and texts with Adam, allowing me to walk into the dealership knowing what car I wanted and most of the negotiating already complete. Brandon then came in texts with Adam, allowing me to walk into the dealership knowing what car I wanted and most of the negotiating already complete. Brandon then came into the picture and was able to give me everything I wanted and seal the deal. Thanks gentleman! More

my experience here was great except for The sales manager who went back on his word. we agreed to 40,000. he said he never said it. conveniently could not pull up the recording. either way your dealership st who went back on his word. we agreed to 40,000. he said he never said it. conveniently could not pull up the recording. either way your dealership still owes me the difference. it made the experience less enjoyable. Brandon was superb. all in all a fun time purchasing except for that money detail which is the most important part of the transaction. Amans word is all hes got. More

There is only one key fob and no navigation manual which again the salesman said he would help me acquire. Also, I was put into a loan I did not approve of and I’m not happy about and was not given the retail installment sale contract- simple finance charge. I’m not real pleased, if it even matters. More

The first night I was at your business I meet Ricky and I believe the other guys name was Brandon. I was there looking at a Ford F250 which I ended up purchasing a week later. During this process the first n believe the other guys name was Brandon. I was there looking at a Ford F250 which I ended up purchasing a week later. During this process the first night I was up front and advised Ricky and Brandon my trade in F250 had one minor traffic crash later Brandon told me my trade in was involved in 3 traffic crashing 2 before I owned the vehicle. Brandon also told me even though my trade in F250 had about the same opinions as the F250 I was looking at on paper VIN next to VIN my trade in F250 didn't have the options. What either it has the options or it doesn't you just check the boxes of the options it has right. Brandon also stated he would give me $43,000 for my trade in but he was going to put it on the lot for 61,000 an $18,000 profit for your business off my trade in seems like an awful lot of profit just off my trade in the the business would make another profit off the vehicle I was purchasing. Needless to say no deals were made this evening. Two days later Ricky called me and I advised Ricky I looked up my vehicle on Kelly Blue Book and the $43,000 was the minimum Kelly Blue Book appraised my F250 which the Factory installed options on that I was told on paper VIN to VIN my vehicle didn't have.I advised Ricky I wanted the vehicle from the business but I felt my vehicle value higher then the $43,000 offered and that according to Kelly Blue Book the average value was $54,000. I advised Ricky I was willing to negotiate on making a purchase on the vehicle if the business was. Ricky advised he would let them know and we ended the phone call. Two days later someone else from the business called me asking about my experience with the business I advised this person I was interested in negotiating a deal on the vehicle and I thought being told the business planned on making $18,000 profit just off my trade in was just crazy and I could only assume the business was trying to make another $18,000 off me purchasing the other vehicle from the business. This person advised me they would set up an appointment for me to come back to the business to try and have a deal worked out. Why didn't Ricky offer for me to come back and try to make a deal when I even told him 2 days prior I wanted the vehicle but we needing to negotiate something better?? Or someone else from the business calling me back to make an appointment. So I returned this past Friday evening for my appointment and meet Ricky again during this appointment I asked Ricky if I could see the car fax on my trade in F250 which Ricky showed me. Looking through the car fax Ricky gave me I could only see the ONE MINOR CRASH I told Ricky and Brandon about I had with the vehicle and NOT TWO OTHER TRAFFIC CRASHES Brandon told me my vehicle was involved in before I purchased my vehicle. I then gave Right back the car fax he gave me on my vehicle and asked Ricky to show me the TWO OTHER TRAFFIC CRASHES I was told by Brandon and Him my vehicle was involved in and he couldn't show them to me. So was I lied to about the TWO other crashes or did Ricky and I miss read the car fax. During this appointment I meet Alex and negotiate a deal with Alex for more then I would of liked but I wanted the truck and made the deal Friday evening. Monday morning I'm back at the dealership with the vehicle because I found that the rear window was loose and could possibly fall out. Your service staff was polite and agreed to fix the issue but I would have to leave the vehicle. I explained when I purchased the vehicle 2 nights ago I also purchased a warranty that includes a loaner vehicle. The service staff set me up with a loaner from enterprise and advised me it would be 10 to 15 minutes for them to get to the business. I waited an hour and still no loaner vehicle I asked for my vehicle key and left. During my 3 visits to this business I noticed an area which I would assume was for clients, but No one offed or advised I could have a water or anything More

Salesman was super. Management. Only gave me one fob. When I asked for second I was told and It probability was never turned over. That is not my problem it is yours. At Management. Only gave me one fob. When I asked for second I was told and It probability was never turned over. That is not my problem it is yours. At a minimum management should have called the last owner to get the for or offered toget a replacement. What I got was no act and every person just turned their backs and left me without a second fob. More

We were lied to multiple times regarding a lease on a new QX60. They rescinded their offer with no explanation, then tried to lease us another suv (with less options) for more money. What?! After questioning QX60. They rescinded their offer with no explanation, then tried to lease us another suv (with less options) for more money. What?! After questioning why the VIN#’s didn’t match up, I asked to speak with the GM to verify. Brandon, the manager, told me he’d call the F’ing police if I stepped near Josh (the GM’s) office. Mind you, my pregnant wife was only feet away watching this insecure bully lose his composure when asked why we were being lied to. After calming Brandon down, Josh, the GM was able to make the deal work on the QX60 we’d originally negotiated - NOT the model they tried sneaking in. Overall, this was by far the worst and most stressful, unprofessional car buying experience I’ve ever experienced. I’d honestly prefer to pay more at a dealership that is honest with its customers. Side note: Cathryn (business development) was incredibly professional and likely the only reason my wife felt comfortable closing the deal. SHE SHOULD BE RUNNING THIS LOCATION. More
