I have been shopping at ELCO Chevy for over twenty years. Before Rick his father (King) was the go to guy. I have always been given the best customer service from Rick and his father. I always like to buy a car or truck for less then the asking price, and they have always worked with me to assure I got the best price. I have been living in Arkansas since 2005 but still come to Rick and Elco to look for vehicles. I have sent friends to Rick for vehicles as well and he has always made them happy. Look forward to shopping and visiting Rick when I am in town just to see what bargains he has to offer. It is always a pleasure to shop there unlike dealers I have found elsewhere in NY and AR. I try to avoid even looking on their lots due to the excessive sales pressure and never offering any discounts. More

My wife and I decided it was time to trade her car for a newer model with lower mileage. Rick Weinstein greeted us at the Elco dealership and promised us he would find what we were looking for (2010 or 2 newer model with lower mileage. Rick Weinstein greeted us at the Elco dealership and promised us he would find what we were looking for (2010 or 2011 GM certified Cadillac SRX, black, loaded, under 30,000 miles). Rick delivered. Within two weeks he called to advise that he found our "custom ordered" GM certified Cadillac. We are very pleased with Rick's personal commitment to customer satisfaction, the "deal" and with Elco's service after the sale.
