I have been coming to this dealership on and off since 2021, I was happy doing business until I had to have my front lip on the bumper replaced. The part took about a month to come in when Terri had origi 2021, I was happy doing business until I had to have my front lip on the bumper replaced. The part took about a month to come in when Terri had originally said about 2 weeks, which I understand because there can always be hiccups. I think I spent about $1,500 all together for parts and labor which I thought was a little crazy but oh well, needed to be done! 9 months later I’m driving down the interstate with my wife and dogs and heard a loud pop, looked in the review and the lips flying off. I call the next day they are open to see what can be done and I get told the person that did my last oil change must of not put it on correctly and to go ask them if they did. They also told me that they will not pay for any parts or labor. Disappointment is an understatement. Unless you absolutely have to I recommend not bringing or buying any vehicles from this dealership. More

Rick is unprofessional I drove an hour to get my tires balanced. I suspected that they failed to balance them during previous rotation. Upon bringing my vehicle in, Ken told I drove an hour to get my tires balanced. I suspected that they failed to balance them during previous rotation. Upon bringing my vehicle in, Ken told me I had to go get my tires washed. Ok, that was kind of a pain, and I’m sure Ken knew I was a little miffed due to body language. I’m sure there was some banter back and forth between employees (Ken and manager Rick). Co-workers do that in all professions, right? So, I went to 2 different car washes to ensure that the dirt got cleaned out of the wheels (yes, I paid for 2 car washes-$20). I then return, aggravated. So, while filling out paperwork (with Ken) to get serviced, Rick circles the car and says “There’s still 20 pounds of dirt in these tires”. He’s gonna have to go get them washed again. In an effort to stay calm, I just looked at him speechless. Then he says, “Well, I guess it’s going to cost you $50 for us to wash it.” I went to the waiting area and Ken comes in and tells me that it will be $75 for the tech to wash the wheels out now. I am very upset that service manager, Rick Unger, jumped in, in an effort to aggravate a paying customer. We will be doing all of our service work through O’Daniell now (at least until Rick is retired). Part 2-So upon being notified of my initial review through email/app, Rick decided to come into the lounge and show me pictures of the dirt on the wheels and telling me (in front of customers) that I didn’t wash the car well enough. Kind of a unique and embarrassing moment for me. I do need to add that Ken has done a great job throughout the process. I was initially peeved about needing to go find a car wash prior to service, but that is his job. I do think that they could have just saved this hassle by washing the wheels at the dealership initially. Heck, give me the hose and I will do it. More

Bought a used car that had a tire with a low pressure issue I honestly would really like to give this dealership 5 stars, but don't feel I can because of some of the issues experienced along the way and by virt I honestly would really like to give this dealership 5 stars, but don't feel I can because of some of the issues experienced along the way and by virtue of the 5 out of 5 holy grail. That said, all of the issues appear to be resolved and the end result is that I feel we have gotten a great vehicle and their service resolved the tire issue. All of the individuals who helped along the way get 5 out of 5 though. And maybe it's proof of their quality that they were tested a bit along the way - it's pretty easy to hand out 5s willy nilly if you just buy perfection and have zero issues. The car had a left-rear tire with low pressure when it was shown to us on the lot, and it test-drove fine after a fill-up. We ended up buying the car thinking we'd monitor the tire and they'd fix any issue that arose, considering most tire problems are pretty simple. Long story short, the tire had a slow hidden leak that dropped 2-3 PSI per day. We dropped the vehicle off the first two times while I was at work, and they didn't see evidence of the leak in such a short period of time. On the third visit I began to grow concerned about this issue persisting forever, and with a baby due soon wanted it resolved asap, so had them keep it overnight - and the next day apparently it had dropped 5 PSI - a bit high compared to what I had seen, but at least proof that I wasn't crazy! After that I'm sure they did a detailed search to find the tiny plug that was pulled out. It probably wedged it's way in there and was well hidden and only letting out tiny bits of air. Fortunately it sounded like an easy patch since it wasn't near the sidewall, and we're off and rolling. I'm sure I was a little annoying because I contacted the sales manager and GM along the way to help try to get the issue resolved, but they were all great when dealing with me and ultimately the issue got resolved. Fortunately I only had to deal with the thought of this issue going into a fourth visit for the tire and it didn't actually get that far. Great customer service. More

Good Service Experience I am commenting on our first experience with Honda Cars of Bellevue. We recently purchased a 2006 Pilot elsewhere which needed maintenance. After int I am commenting on our first experience with Honda Cars of Bellevue. We recently purchased a 2006 Pilot elsewhere which needed maintenance. After interviewing other service facilities, we talked with Rick (service manager) who convinced us to bring the car into Bellevue. Pat Brook in service patiently listened to our issues and explained in detail, with confidence our options for the repair. Overall it was a good experience and plan to bring all our Honda cars there for service in the near future. Also the charges were in-line compared to other repair facilities. More
