I have been a customer of Brandon Honda since it was established! Great service. Easy to get an appointment that fit into my schedule. I was kept informed of the status of my vehicle. Cashier process was poor. Now that the dealership is charging for the use of credit cards, you need to make sure your systems can successfully process checks. Had to wait mor Now that the dealership is charging for the use of credit cards, you need to make sure your systems can successfully process checks. Had to wait more than thirty minutes for the Service Manager to get a check processed through finance. Totally unacceptable!!! More
