To make you buy a car from their showroom they work like to earn 5 stars. Once the car is sold to you, the service department is very bad and never we will be able to reach them to get any solution for our to earn 5 stars. Once the car is sold to you, the service department is very bad and never we will be able to reach them to get any solution for our problems. No one to listen. Maintenance coverage package is a scam. For a flat fix we need to work like a detective. Better don’t step this place for car buying. Service team is important for a car showroom here it’s very worst. I really suffer buying a 2023 palisade from them. Hyundai claims department customer service people behaves very rude. They are arrogant. Hyundai can’t do anything as these showrooms were owned privately. Worst after sales support. I have so many bad experience on service perspective from this dealer. Be aware. More

I've been to another Hyundai dealership and I never returned. What a nightmare. That's why I drove a few more miles and gave Hudson a try. Keme and Rick did a great job and didn't play the "let me talk to my manager" game we've all experienced and detest. I got pretty close to the deal I wanted and I was stress-free the entire time. I highly recommend Hudson Hyundai. What's this world coming to? I'm actually recommending a car dealership. That was my experience. Give them a shot. More

Price change AFTER contract was signed On a Tuesday night (June 23), I agreed to purchase a car listed on their website for 10,999. After the test drive and discussion (no negotiation or h On a Tuesday night (June 23), I agreed to purchase a car listed on their website for 10,999. After the test drive and discussion (no negotiation or haggling - just an agreement to buy at that price), I signed a contract and left a deposit. Because of COVID, the sales rep would not be there the next day and we agreed to take delivery on Thursday. Well, on Thursday morning we received a call from the sales manager that the car was underpriced and should have been 11,999, and thus they could not sell us the car. I have screenshots of the Carfax price history, and the car had been listed at 10,999 since February 26! There was also a price change of +1,000 on June 24 - the day AFTER our contract was signed. When I offered to split the difference of THEIR MISTAKE, they held firm to the 11,999. Needless to say, I did not buy the car nor will I ever step foot in that building again. More
