It all started with a family's trade-in. . once I saw that Trackhawk listing go live, I knew I had to make moves. Called the dealership and was directly connected to Mr. Rick Reames. This man is capable of operating at the speed of sound when circumstances necessitate such expediency. He helped me secure financing and was ready to receive my deposit within 24hrs of making initial contact. The vehicle itself had a minor cosmetic issue that Coulter INFINITI helped resolve, and because of the added timeframe Rick was kind enough to comp a small window tinting job for me. Honestly, I'm not sure they come much better than this guy. His earnestness, sincerity, the willingness to facilitate a seamless transaction.. full marks across the board. He is maximum thoughtfulness incarnate. Rick actually called me on my way back home to make sure I'm alright, after driving cross-country to pick this miraculous machine up. I've literally never heard from a dealer after the sale was made before! He even set me up with a rubber ducky for my Jeep from his daughter! I also worked with Paul Marschall when it came time for the financials, and he was very helpful in explaining all the details to me. Thoroughly enjoyed our chat about life & travel as well while I initialed documents ad nauseum. Henry, Nader.. also solid with communication and keeping me informed throughout. And a final chat with one mechanic named Joe Grandberry before I left their lot became the cherry on top for my overall experience here. (That dude sure knows his stuff.) All-in-all, I could not be more grateful that these guys helped me buy a Trackhawk that fit all my criteria. They're all upstanding gentlemen who defy the 'car salesman' stimga. I was seriously considering an Audi or Genesis before looking at an Infiniti. We test drove a QX60 with Peter and he explained all of the different features on each of the four models. He worked hard to find us exactly what we wanted and he was very honest during the negotiation phase of the sale. The sales manager, Nader was kind enough to help me get the final price I needed. He gave us a discount for my wife being a teacher and for me being a Costco member. If that wasn’t enough he gave ,me an Infiniti golf cap when I went to accept delivery of the vehicle. Peter, Nader and even Delaney were all very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Coulter Infiniti if you’re serious about buying a new car. More

As always, outstanding service is routine for this dealership, and good service is considered substandard. While I’m certainly not the customer with the most expensive vehicle and stellar purchase dealership, and good service is considered substandard. While I’m certainly not the customer with the most expensive vehicle and stellar purchase record, I feel like I am the only customer that matters. The quality of the work is good, the prices are reasonable, the valet service is the best. Though I live on the border of Buckeye and Goodyear, i have a relationship with Coulter and my car goes there, even thought the Infiniti dealer in Peoria is only a 20 minute drive for me. Folks, I know that I’m at the right place when they tell me that though this service is recommended, it’s not needed yet because the part is in good shape or the wear and tear isn’t as advanced as it should be. Never had that experience elsewhere. Coulter today, tomorrow, and always!! More

Horrible experience. They are dishonest and the salesman I was working with made an inappropriate comment about my husband and I being able to afford a new car since we d They are dishonest and the salesman I was working with made an inappropriate comment about my husband and I being able to afford a new car since we did not have any kids. What?! He tried to clean it up and said "just kidding." He knew it was inappropriate. Later in the visit, he mixed me up with another customer and wasn't sure what I was looking for. Huh? After my experience I had 3 other people call me about the car. Isn't there a tracking process for customers? Furthermore, I was lied to about the length of time the car was on the lot. Two weeks is what I was told. It was on the lot for 3 months. To the GM- Don't worry, I am not trying to hide behind the computer. I tried to call and ask for "the GM". Instead, I was sent to the exact salesman I was trying to avoid. Do better. More
