I had an 2015 Sedona mini van and it was covered under an extended warranty for the head gasket. I was extremely fortunate that Kia covered the cost of the repairs. I would like to say that the service dept extended warranty for the head gasket. I was extremely fortunate that Kia covered the cost of the repairs. I would like to say that the service dept was very professional and did a great job. They kept me informed well in that the process of getting the work covered under factory warranty and made me feel confident that they knew what they were doing and could get the work covered if all the conditions were met. They took the lead and did everything perfectly. My van is now running great and there was no cost for this work because it was covered under the factory warranty. EVERYONE at the dealership was super nice and I have used them for many repairs and would definitely use them the next time I need to have the van repaired. More
