A piece of advice—DO NOT DEAL WITH RICK O’BRYAN. He has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced with a finance manager. He is arrogant and condescending and has the audacity to hang up phone cal the WORST customer service I have ever experienced with a finance manager. He is arrogant and condescending and has the audacity to hang up phone calls with loyal clients of the Fletcher Jones company. If I could give negative stars for his poor attitude, rude demeanor, and lack of professionalism, I would. I am completely dissatisfied and unhappy with my experience in dealing with him and I will never refer clients to him in the future. More

World class customer service The car buying experience of purchasing a Mercedes Benz is a very unique experience. And there are many dealerships that are located in the South Bay The car buying experience of purchasing a Mercedes Benz is a very unique experience. And there are many dealerships that are located in the South Bay Area I visited to purchase my 3rd Mercedes from. However none of those dealerships or salesman can compare to the experience I received once stepping on to the Fletcher Jones Mercedes dealership. Everyone you see is professional they all take time out to speak to you and ask is there anything They can be of assistance with. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable of all the features in the vehicles they sell. With 3 showrooms available, complimentary park and stay service for flying out of John Wayne airport why would you buy a Mercedes from anyone or place else. I will only purchase from Fletcher Jones Mercedes. Tony Rezakhani, Kamran Tabesh, Payden Evans are absolutely the best in the business hands down. More
