My first experience with Fred Anderson Honda was great. I purchased a vehicle and my sales specialist was Ricky Montogomery. He was absolutely wonderful. He greeted my husband and myself with a smile and I purchased a vehicle and my sales specialist was Ricky Montogomery. He was absolutely wonderful. He greeted my husband and myself with a smile and a handshake. He was not pushy when I let him know what type of car I was looking for and what suited by budget. He was a extremely helpful in showing us around and answering all questions and concerns we had. He was very knowledgeable on all the facts regarding a particular car I was looking at. I was extremely impressed with how everything was handled within the Pre-Owned Vehicle department. I would definitely recommend Mr. Ricky Montgomery to anyone who is looking for a Honda. He has awesome customer service skills. I truly appreciate everything he did for me in helping make my Honda Civic the best choice for me. More
