I visited on Friday before Saturday sale event just to look at inventory. Rick saw me and asked if I needed any help. I said I wanted an Elantra and possibly a HEV. He then showed me the 2023 Limited H look at inventory. Rick saw me and asked if I needed any help. I said I wanted an Elantra and possibly a HEV. He then showed me the 2023 Limited HEV and I liked it. I said I would be back and he said let's take a look at the event deal now. I agreed and waited for the offer for my 2020 Elantra. I accepted the offer. This all went very smoothly. Rick was very easy to talk with and let me make my decisions with no pressure. I was surprised and happy to do the deal on the Friday.
