Online auto sales consultant Krystal Johnson emailed me that Sunrise Chevrolet had a 2025 Chevy Trax 2RS in Marine Blue Metallic that was new with only 10 miles on it. I was considering a cheaper version o that Sunrise Chevrolet had a 2025 Chevy Trax 2RS in Marine Blue Metallic that was new with only 10 miles on it. I was considering a cheaper version of the Chevrolet Trax LT without a moonroof or heated leather seats at a chevy dealership in Chicago much xloser tovwhere i live when fate stepped in. After reviewing the email with the details. I decided it was worth the Lyft ride to go see and test drive the vehicle for myself. Krystal Johnson was delighted when i scheduled a test drive friday March 7 2025 between 12pm and 1pm. I got there and immediately was greated by several Sunrise Chevrolet salesman and I explained I had an appointment to see Krystal Johnson. They immediately notified her and she was professional, courteous, gracious and intrigued by my visit. After finally test dtiving the Chevy Trax she reviewed all of my paperwork then introduced me to Finance Director Rick Mackintosh. He was friendly with a sense of humor and professional. Once Krystal and Rick made an assessment of my financing they told me congratulations and the rest is history. They changed me and my family's life. To me the staff at Sunrise Chevrolet will always be my extended family because they showed me they care greatly about helping they're customers. I highly recommend Sunrise Chevrolet in Glendale Heights to all of my co-workers, family and friends. You should too. Thank you Krystal Johnson and Rick Mackintosh for your time and dedication to what you do best. My family and I are eternally grateful to such a dedicated staff. More
