Easiest car purchase I've ever had. Kori (with a K) was friendly and knowledgeable. He had everything ready to go and made the process speedy and straightforward. He took the time to show me all the features, as well as giving the pros and cons of each. He also gave real life situations from his experience as well as past customers to show how / why to use each. The whole Ricart team was friendly and professional. The hardest part of the whole transaction, was the waiting two weeks for the vehicle to arrive. Ricart was by far the best dealership I found during my car shopping experience. Other dealers advertised one price but when you showed up jumped the price 3500. Ricart used the same price they advertised on the website. Other deals automatically added to the MSRP because of the covid situation and inventory shortage. Ricart did not take advantage and did not inflate the pricing. Other dealers would not respond to calls and emails. Ricart team always responded quickly even on their days off. Other dealers would not even discuss selling me a car once I had mentioned that I already had financing secured with my credit union. Ricart did not even hesitate and my credit union was not even one that they were familiar with. Other dealers would not even discuss a price only kept asking what payment did I want to pay. Ricart asked questions to find what I was looking for and gave me an "out the door" price immediately. I wish I had started my new car search with Ricart first. More
