Customer Comes First My son left his iPod that he uses as a medical device on the seat of our Odyssey when we brought it in for a tire rotation, oil change, and recall rep My son left his iPod that he uses as a medical device on the seat of our Odyssey when we brought it in for a tire rotation, oil change, and recall repairs. The iPod wasn’t spotted and it slipped down into the seat and got destroyed while they were working on it. Ken Garff Honda has been so wonderful to work with. They were very apologetic and have offered to replace the iPod. They said that they like to take care of their customers. We will continue to bring our Odyssey here because of the wonderful staff. My kids love the kid zone and the free drinks and popcorn. More
