Poor Customer Services! We purchased a car. The only car that we tested drive it from the help of our sale guys. While waiting inside for Chang Her, the finance guys for mo We purchased a car. The only car that we tested drive it from the help of our sale guys. While waiting inside for Chang Her, the finance guys for more than 3 hrs to serve us was a pain. Almost all staffs including Rick Johnson have poor customer services and both men/women's restrooms doesn't have any toilet tissues rolls. We hope to see this location have better customer services and hospitality restrooms next time! More
