My Daughter brought her car in on Dec 15th. She was taken advantage of by the service department. When she wanted to call her dad to ask what he thought, they pressured her to make a decision i She was taken advantage of by the service department. When she wanted to call her dad to ask what he thought, they pressured her to make a decision immediately, then offered to take money off if she did. Which they never did. They never even checked to see if the car was under warranty. Her bill was over $600. My husband called that day and left a message for Rick Hiller about the situation. Rick did not call my husband back for several days. After talking, the conversation ended with Rick saying he would check into the warranty and if it was covered he would make adjustments and if it wasn't he would take some money off for the service that day. According to him he didn't want to lose a customer. Well, we never heard back. Sent an e-mail to Tom Phelan and never heard back. I called twice and no response back. There was also another issue with her extended warranty and nobody knows anything. With a family full of jeeps and dodge we know where we will NOT be going again. More

Sue went on for over an hour about how great she was and was always there for her customers. When we were sold a bad vehicle (needed a new engine) Sue was unhelpful, unresponsive and told me that since th was always there for her customers. A very terrible experience. They don’t care about people at all. I should have read the previous reviews before bringing my vehicle to them. I brought my vehicle in on May 24 and didn’t get it back until Ju at all. I should have read the previous reviews before bringing my vehicle to them. I brought my vehicle in on May 24 and didn’t get it back until June 23. My transmission went out and I know that isn’t a quick fix. They tried to blame literally everything on warranty company but they were in the wrong too. Warranty company was behind on something, such as sending someone out to inspect the car. They made up for it and added additional days to my rental. My warranty covers only 10 days of rental. The dealership didn’t call my claim in until May 26 as I mentioned I brung it in May 24. The dealership excuse was that they weren’t answering the phone. I literally called and get an answer within 5 minutes. I was told my car will be fixed and ready for pickup on June 17. On that that day, I receive a call saying that the part hasn’t come yet. I can understand that on delays but that’s not my problem at all. So this whole time I’m stuck with a rental that I have to pay out of pocket because the warranty company was only able to give me only so many extra days. Then the dealership lost the payment paperwork and tried to blame it again on the warranty company but thanks to the warranty they documented everything. So I was told my car would be ready June 21 but since they lost the paperwork. It wasn’t available until June 23. I already had to pay a 200 deductible then another 385 for a rental. The dealership lied about some many things during this experience. They didn’t even apologize for the delay nor offered any solutions. After paying for everything, a random employee approached me and said “if you were white they would have helped you out more”. Rick Hiller is a racist. More
