After an attempt to retire from the pharmacy business, he discovered he missed the interaction with people but wanted a new challenge in life. Zero stars should be an option. “600 cars per month” xx I should have known right then and there I was dealing with some lying deceiving people. I live almost two hours away from the dealership and I put an inquiry in on AutoTrader, immediately I’m flooded with calls even though I had specifically requested not to be called. I get it, that’s how dealers operate. I made sure the car was available, and they wanted to run my credit over the phone. xxxx no, so I went to my bank to do the financing because I don’t like my credit ran 5-10 times just to get a high rate so they pocket extra percentage. On a Monday, I sat at the bank for three hours waiting on them to send over the paperwork on the car with no answer for hours. Tuesday rolls around and at seven PM i send a text asking for the information because I will be going back to the bank the next day. Immediately responded with the car had sold and that they would get me into another car. I have a specific criteria and nothing else met that on their lot. It is now Thursday of the nonstop calls after I have already bluntly told them to cease contact. I will not be doing business with these people, and I would rather try to sell ice to a penguin. This is the sorriest excuse of a dealership and their pathetic business practices. Please steer clear. More
