I bought a $55,000 car from Arlington Toyota and they said if there was something wrong with it that we could bring it back. We'll 10 days later we find out that Arlington Toyota sold us a car with trans said if there was something wrong with it that we could bring it back. We'll 10 days later we find out that Arlington Toyota sold us a car with transmission issues and now they refuse to make it right and they want us to pay the $6000 for the transmission plus the taxes to bring it back! Arlington Toyota is deceitful and disrespectful to us when we called. This is by far the worst place to buy a car and now I know why Arlington Toyota wanted us to leave the review on Google before we signed the papers. Rick Doran and Richard Reese were very rude to us when we called with a concern on a purchase. We were hung up on several times. These guys are crooks! More

Mathew Mowatt scammed me and my wife, we got a brand new Toyota RAV4 and Mr Mowatt claimed he doing us favors by putting floor mats, tint and nitrogen in the tires for free. After we looked at the numbers a Toyota RAV4 and Mr Mowatt claimed he doing us favors by putting floor mats, tint and nitrogen in the tires for free. After we looked at the numbers at home we felt lied too. We pay $1,831 for all that and top of that. We were rushed to do a survey so he can get a bonus. On top of that they added warranties that me and my wife never agreed too. More

Not a fan...Had been a long-standing Jeep customer...10 Not a fan... Had been a long-standing Jeep customer...10 new vehicles over the past 25 years. This was my first foray into the Toyota world. Leased a Not a fan... Had been a long-standing Jeep customer...10 new vehicles over the past 25 years. This was my first foray into the Toyota world. Leased a new 2021 Highlander Limited. So far so good with the car choice but definitely NOT a fan of the dealership. From the first visit I was taken aback by the number of sales people hanging around the front entrance like furniture salesmen waiting for the one customer of the day to arrive. Once inside and throughout the process the attitude of "doing you a favor' was prevalent with each contact. If I hadn't like the car so much I would have told them exactly what to do with their condescending attitude. Since getting the deal done they have shown a total disregard toward customer service. After calling numerous times to get a question answered finally someone takes the call promises to follow-up but never does. Sent my last correspondence and included the general manager but still no response...no service. If its this bad just getting a simple question answered whats it going to be like if there is ever a more serious issue to arise. Clearly a company NOT focused on CUSTOMER Service. A surprising disappointment! When its time for a new car I'll most likely return Toyota...just NOT Arlington Toyota...way too many choices that clearly appreciate the customer and strive to obtain and retain all of their customers. More
