Service department has poor quality and lack understanding the actual problems I get. Water in my gas tank is a poor excuse to say that is the problem. This is the second time they have had my understanding the actual problems I get. Water in my gas tank is a poor excuse to say that is the problem. This is the second time they have had my car in. 2 weeks the first time. A few pages of work done which did not address the problems. 2 weeks now after the service manager saying it was going to cost me $800 to clean the tank out from the water in there. This is round 2 of the infamous water in the tank story. I have taken over 30 pictures of the dash board lights that came on. I have driven back a few times while the car is running to show them the lights. I have now put Shell premium in because they said that was the problem. I am putting Shell premium in the company car I have been using. On occasion a light pops on the dash board. Shut the car off and restart. Light is gone. For the first three years when I bought the car, VOLKSWAGEN service was great. For the past two years, I’ve always seem to run into a problem with them. They seem to have a loaner car issue that has VOLKSWAGEN service was great. For the past two years, I’ve always seem to run into a problem with them. They seem to have a loaner car issue that has been persistent for over a year. My most recent visit, they were not communicative or professional at all. Just seems like they hate their jobs. Specifically the service managers. I don’t know what changed. I will only service my car with them because that’s where I purchased it but for the past two years it’s always been some type of problem which is very frustrating. I will not buy another car from them UNLESS it’s written into an agreement that service will be at least somewhat accommodating. More

Rick DeLatorre, Alex Morales, and Matt Kutyna attempted to physically fight me when I walked into their dealer trying to cancel my extended warranty. This incident happened 9/13/2025 around 6pm. Rick DeLatorre will drag his feet when it comes to the “we owe you” on your contract. Alex will bait and switch you when selling you a warranty, so please double-check your paperwork before signing. Matt will call you “poor” if you’re not part of his preferred customer demographic. Honestly, it’s the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Alex will submit paperwork with the incorrect information. It’s been two months and they refuse to even show proof that parts are even ordered. They will deny all of my claims because they have no integrity. Do yourself a favor and just drive past this dealer. More

Andrew was a great salemen.
