I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They were not honest about final price. I agreed to a price at signing and when I got my first statement it was 30.00 higher then agreed upon. When I went back and confronted them about the hidden cost they only offered half the $$ for the difference in agreed upon price. Also general manager of the dealership told me directly he couldn’t care less about these reviews. Very disappointed in this whole buying experience with Volkswagen and it was the first time I decided to move from a ford vehicle to a Volkswagen. Not so sure I’ll do that ever again based on this experience. More

After a few back and forth negotiations, we had a deal. I love the vehicle. It feels solid and holds the road. It has all the safety features. The dashboard is easy to understand and operate (good for old guys). Mitch was my salesperson. He knew the car inside and out. He helped me set it up and connect my phone. This is the first time I didn't mind the car buying experience. I actually enjoyed hanging out with their salespeople and staff. They treated me with the respect I have earned over the years. More
