We went to see him (and the car) that day, made arrangements to finalize the deal, and came back the next day to finish it. He could not have been more friendly, yet very professional. We could tell that he really loves working at Pat Milliken Ford! He answered all our questions and spent as much time with us as we needed, never trying to rush us. We can't praise Rick enough for the best service we have ever had buying a car! (And we are in our 70's!) We can't recommend him and the dealership enough! More

Patient and very prompt Rick Dawkins made this a very smooth process. He was very patient when my partner and I were going back and forth on the vehicle. A couple of times Rick Dawkins made this a very smooth process. He was very patient when my partner and I were going back and forth on the vehicle. A couple of times it looked like we might not get it, he didn't pressure us with the old "If you don't buy today, it may not be here tomorrow". I even took back a deposit. Even with all that he still responded promptly to texts and calls, and with out a deposit he still secured the vehicle for us when there was interest from other parties. Would highly recommend and use for future Ford purchases. More
