They keep emailing me to come in for my free service. ... (that I paid for in a package when I bought my car) So, I made an appt for a Saturday and ended up waiting almost 3 HOURS for a tire rotation and ... (that I paid for in a package when I bought my car) So, I made an appt for a Saturday and ended up waiting almost 3 HOURS for a tire rotation and inspection. Honestly ridiculous. They told us it would be 1.5 to 2 hours but "probably much sooner." What is the point of an appointment if you are not going to honor it? And I know they pushed mine back since they were not making money that day on it, which makes me mad. If I could do it over again, I would NOT purchase the extra package to get routine maintenance done. Now I will have to waste hours of my life for oil changes, etc because I am sure they will take forever to do that too. They need to get it together or stop making appts. It is misleading and rude and shows they don't care about customers. I love my car but am not really sure I would use this dealership again. The sales team was awesome. The maintenance team not so much. More
