I have to say I dreaded buying a new car but had no choice since mine was stolen. My biggest fear was dealing with a dealership as it had been ten years since I purchased my last car. I originally spoke with Evan who was great about replying and staying connected. I was then referred over to Richie who was so easy to work with. I didn't give too much info off the bat but stated what I was wanting and not needing. Richie was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Subaru Crosstrek. He didn’t upsell any products that I knew I didn’t want, simply advised. Almost two weeks later, I feel confident in my choice and love driving it! I will recommend Richie in the future or Evan for that matter if I hear anyone looking for a car. Fingers crossed I have the same luck with the Service department down the road as I plan to bring my car in for any work needed. *Federico was great as well. He wasn't involved with my purchase but did give me a crash course regarding all the bells and whistles of my car. I actually have an upcoming appt. to get more questions answered. We’re now in our second lease through Schomp and are really happy with the service we’ve received. I avoided getting a new car for the longest time, but when we finally had to get a replacement, Schomp really happy with the service we’ve received. I avoided getting a new car for the longest time, but when we finally had to get a replacement, Schomp had the best value for the car and service we were looking for. Their technicians are usually so quick and I’m never at the service center for more than 30 minutes to an hour, depending on what needs to be done. Ultimately, we decided to stay with this dealership for our second lease because of high quality interactions we had with Richie, one of the client advisors. He worked on our timeline, wasn’t pushy *at all*, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the leasing process (including how to most advantageously plan to save money in the future), and just generally acted in our best interests. We’ll continue to return to Schomp and ask for Richie. More
