Jeremy provides absolutely 0 communication and apparently doesn’t know anything about your car or why it’s in for service. My fiancé brought her 2009 Honda Pilot in exactly 2 weeks ago for a diagnostic fo doesn’t know anything about your car or why it’s in for service. My fiancé brought her 2009 Honda Pilot in exactly 2 weeks ago for a diagnostic for engine noise. Diagnostics don’t take 2 weeks. We called a few times after hearing absolutely nothing and eventually went up to the service desk to talk to Jeremy. He says the car’s engine needs taken apart, we can’t have a service loaner (out of the multiple sitting outside) and we won’t have our car back for MONTHS. Richie (great salesman) says this is complete B.S. and that Jeremy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. We will be heading back in the morning to pick up our service loaner until we get the car back. Thanks for making this situation better Richie. More

Amazing and helpful. Best dealership around. Went to 3 different dealerships looking for a newer car and Mike Murphy ford was the only dealership to actually try giving u Best dealership around. Went to 3 different dealerships looking for a newer car and Mike Murphy ford was the only dealership to actually try giving us the best for our money instead of older vehicles. Richie Geiger was the person who helped us decide on a vehicle and got us the most for our money. They let us test drive it without being babysat (having a salesman sit in the car with us) and actually let us be alone with the vehicle and decide if we like it enough to buy it. And thank you for the Pepsis instead of the small waters we got from the other dealerships. More

I've been researching the car I wanted and watching prices for months. Richie was fair and easy to deal with, it might be the most fun I've had buying a used car!
