I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Mercedes Benz dealership. I visited 3 other Mercedes Benz dealerships in MA and none of them treated me as wonderful as their sales agent, Richie Bautista. Benz dealership. When I went to this dealership, I was so turned off by Mercedes Benz and honestly was looking to purchase a different vehicle (BMW X5). Richie's kind demeanor turned it around for me and he reminded me why I liked Mercedes Benz. His customer service is outstanding. I am definitely not an easy customer and Richie was so patient with me, always pleasant, kind and unbelievably understanding.
