Rick, the service rep was fantastic as always. Everything else fell apart. First they have a robot that pretends to be human. I went there for a battery change and said I needed a ride home After I got my email notification, it had i wanted a suspension inspection and I did not need a ride back. I called back and got the same robot who acted human. I keep on saying customer service and after a long wait, I was transferred back to the robot with the same questions...not once...but three times. I finally got a real rep who corrected my info. I was supposed to get another notification with updated info....never got it. I finally had to go through the robot again to reconfirm with a live person. Now comes uber...the person at front desk keyed in the wrong address so I was sent to the wrong location. When I had to pick up my car...I left a message with my phone number to be called. A few minutes later I get a text saying Uber was on the way...but again to the wrong address from the first time. Long story short..the employees had no life to them...my rep was fantastic out of all those other people. I talked to the the service manager but again, I felt like I was bothering her. Not the same service center from a few years ago. More

I have made several attempts to reach anyone regarding this matter. My service representative just would not take my calls or call me back. My car was repaired in May of 2024 after not starting. I had the this matter. My service representative just would not take my calls or call me back. My car was repaired in May of 2024 after not starting. I had the vehicle towed as my regular service option was closed on the weekend. I paid $1,163 to have a starter replaced and $200 in towing. Late July the car would not start again. I had the car again towed to my normal service provider (not Curry) as I was frankly a little unhappy with my service a Curry from a previous visit i.e. my partner was told he needed a new timing chain for his 2016 CRV ($6K) only to find out after his last oil change the oil was not replaced causing a knock. While that is another issue altogether I think it speaks to service and most of all TRUST. My mechanic (not Curry) indicated that the starter was installed completely incorrectly resulting in the failure. I was told to have the warranty on the parts and labor honored I would have had to bring it to Curry. I had no idea when the car wouldn’t start again that the issue would be with something I HAD JUST replaced and so I did not have it towed to Curry. Further, once the car was taken apart I could not have it moved. My mechanic writes: LABOR TO RUN ELECTRICAL TEST/ FIND ISSUES. WHO EVER WORKED ON CAR LAST TIME REPLACE RELAYS UNDER DASH THAT WERE MISSING, ALSO IN THE WRONG PLACE.. MISSING RELAYS/FUSES AND ALSO INSTALLED IN WRONG SPOT. I had to pay for missing parts and labor to correct a poor installation plus a second tow. The mechanic commented he could not believe a Honda mechanic would do this. This makes the starter $2,000 and I that is unacceptable. Curry Honda indicated they could/would do nothing to rectify the situation and the car would don't have been able to leave the lot had it not been properly installed. More
