First service of my new Civic Mr. Vargas met me immediately and advised me it would take about 45 minutes to provide the service and wash my car. It was exactly as he indicated. What I especially appreciated was that the car was not just serviced and washed, but the inside was cleaned and wiped. That REALLY made me happy. The whole experience was outstanding! Dead Battery : ( I had a dead battery on Friday. I was able to start the car and drive to my mechanic. Being the good guy that he is (Tony's Auto on 56th and Thomas) h I had a dead battery on Friday. I was able to start the car and drive to my mechanic. Being the good guy that he is (Tony's Auto on 56th and Thomas) he reminded me that my battery was still under warranty. He had me call Showcase and see if they could fit me in right away. I spoke to Richard and he told me to come in. They saw me right away, had the battery and installed it and gave me a carwash. No cost! I'm grateful for an honest mechanic and for the folks at Showcase Honda. I will be returning for all of my recommended car check ups. More

Worst customer service I have ever had. I went in last summer to get the air in my Honda CRV fixed. After waiting over four hours Richard came back to tell me an 18 year old girl and my gran I went in last summer to get the air in my Honda CRV fixed. After waiting over four hours Richard came back to tell me an 18 year old girl and my grandma that they found a ton of problems with my car and it would cost over two grand. Now this was the second time I had brought my car in and got it back with someone else broken and my original problem not fixed. I explained this to him and he actually raised his voice and started yelling that they would never break anything and i was crazy to accuse them of that which I was not doing at all. My grandma I proceeded to tell him that is not how you deal with customers and he continued to yell until everyone in the place was looking at us so we left. I told my dad and he called them and they said they lost all my paperwork and told us to get a lawyer if it bothered us that much, Talk about ridiculous customer service for the whole company. I have never gone back and have told all my friends and family to never go to this dealership for anything More
