I recently had the pleasure of working with Lenny and Debbie in the finance department at Rich Morton Mazda. The experience was exceptional, and their professionalism and expertise truly stood out. Never had a experience this bad. Let’s start, I was interested in a used vehicle they had. Requested information from Autotrader. The salesman Richard was assigned to me, and he made Let’s start, I was interested in a used vehicle they had. Requested information from Autotrader. The salesman Richard was assigned to me, and he made absolutely no attempt to help me in anyway. I called and texted him to no avail on getting answers on the vehicle I wanted. He would read my texts then completely ignore them. 2 days went by until I had enough and asked for a new salesman. Was then assigned to Mike Hamilton, he was better at getting back to me, answering me and getting me into the door. Once I arrived, I test drove the vehicle like it and came inside to make a deal. (Note before I came in I also applied for the credit app so no issues would come up and the buying process would be easier.) Once we sat down Mike was extremely rude, I didn’t know the paid off to my vehicle but Mike made comments of “You don’t know the payoff, but you probably do and you don’t want to say.” Then comes the slap in my face, KBB has my trade in at 51-53k and I’ve already been offered 52k at other reputable dealerships which I’ve told them. They continue to offer me 45-46k. Yes you read that right, $6,000 under what my vehicle is actually worth. I’ll be sure to share my experience to help as many people that I can stay away from this scamming dealership. Be smart, save thousands and shop elsewhere. More

Had the BEST experience at Rich Morton Mazda..thanks to Emad New car manager he went over and above getting me financed through Mazda never thought I would be able to get 3.99. Then my salesman Rich Wade w Emad New car manager he went over and above getting me financed through Mazda never thought I would be able to get 3.99. Then my salesman Rich Wade was excellent to deal with. He got me the exact car that I wanted plus once the car came in he came in on his day off to deliver my CX5 and go over Everything about my car. Like many others that deal or try to deal Rich MortonMazda beware. Was interested in a black raptor for a given price. Asked for a formal quote and never received one. So called sales manager call MortonMazda beware. Was interested in a black raptor for a given price. Asked for a formal quote and never received one. So called sales manager called and said he was busy and gave me a cost over the phone. He tried to add over 4K but would not provide a electronic quote for me to review. Rich called me back and said we need to do the deal because he had other customers interested. Rich Morton Mazda is very shadow and adds to the shady cars salesmen of the old days. They are probably all retired lobbiest!! More

He sat and chatted with us between going back to the finance folks to get my interest rate sorted out, and it seemed like he genuinely wanted to look out for us and make sure I got the car I needed. Richard W. Was Great! Richard W. at Rich Morton Mazda was superb. Walked in to check out a Mazda 6, but couldn't decide between a lightly used one or a new one. Richard Richard W. at Rich Morton Mazda was superb. Walked in to check out a Mazda 6, but couldn't decide between a lightly used one or a new one. Richard was patient and let me test drive both and explained all the options I had. I ended up leasing the vehicle and Richard was willing to work with me on the price to something I was comfortable with. After the process started and finance was working on my documents, Richard sat with me and we engaged in small talk unless the finance gal called me back. I've had sales reps at other dealerships simply stand off elsewhere and leave me sitting at their desk waiting for sometimes hours. The finance side of things went smoothly. I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly and explained things well. Overall, this was a great experience and I will definitely be returning to this location. More
