This dealership is horrible. The culture here is broken. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you with parts. Service writers are glued to their chairs and computer screens even The culture here is broken. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you with parts. Service writers are glued to their chairs and computer screens even when there are no customers to serve. Plenty of personal with Toyota shirts on but if it’s not “their department “ they just shrug their shoulders and don’t care. There is no parts counter available. Employees just call someone, somewhere, and nothings happens. Customer Relationship Manager was useless too! I own 4 Toyota’s but they treat you like garbage anyway. One of the most upsetting aspects of my visit was the way the service advisor spoke to me. In front of my wife, they were condescending and dismissive, which was both embarrassing and unprofessional. I had an 8am appointment to which I waited until 830 to be seen. After speaking to someone about what was going to get done, I was told it would take about an hour and a half.
