I am still telling friends about the experience I had there. When I picked the vehicle up, and while I was signing the final paperwork, Chandler and the Diffee team moved my stuff from my trade in vehicle to my new vehicle, putting it exactly where I had it in my old vehicle. I did NOT expect that. So many dealerships gave me the runaround and low ball prices for my trade in also, but not Diffee. They gave me as good as I had gotten on a quote from Carmax. They have followed up on that sale with calls to make sure I'm still enjoying it. I had heard they have a lot of repeat customers, and now I understand why. They have had my vehicle in the service department for 6 weeks. They will not provide a loaner vehicle.
